Acknowledgement

By using our website, you agree to have read and understood the terms and conditions of our services as stated below and in our Privacy Policy.

Consultation

  • A £25 non-refundable fee is required to secure your consultation appointment. This may be used towards the cost of your treatment if you proceed with the recommended treatment within a period of one month after the consultation.
  • The appointment can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. The fee will be forfeited in case of a No Show or Late Cancellation.
  • Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system.

Appointment Booking

  • A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your treatment appointment. This may be used towards the cost of your treatment if you attend or reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice.
  • The appointment can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. The fee will be forfeited in case of a No Show or Late Cancellation.  In case a deposit has not been taken, the No Show or Late Cancelation will attract a £50 charge before the next appointment can booked.

Treatment Processes, Procedures and Results

  • All treatments are subject to an initial medical consultation.
  • Complete disclosure of medical history, medications and previous treatments is required. Failure to disclose this information in part or full may result in an increase in treatment risk and/or disappointing results.
  • There is always a risk of discomfort, redness, swelling, bruising, or slight infection when the human skin is disturbed during a treatment procedure.  These effects are normally temporary and subside within a few hours and days. These risks are explained in the patient consent form that you must sign before each treatment procedure.  If you are not comfortable with the potential risks associated with a procedure, please do not go ahead with it.
  • Treatment outcomes vary from person to person. Some individuals may require more sessions to achieve the same result as others.  Medical, genetic and life style factors play a significant role in achieving results.
  • No written or implied verbal guarantee, warranty or assurance is provided regarding the outcome of a treatment.
  • Individuals with certain conditions such as, but not limited to, blood clotting disorders, autoimmune conditions, HIV, skin inflammation/infections, cancer or being treated for cancer, may not be suitable candidates for any of the treatments. All treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy.
    If the treatment is not in your best interest, we reserve the right to refuse to treat you.
  • Aftercare instructions are provided for each procedure. Failure to follow the aftercare instructions may result in increasing the risk factors or impairing the results.

Treatment Payments and Packages

  • Payment for any or all treatment procedure and products purchased is non-refundable.
  • Treatment Packages:
  1. The total amount is payable in the first two or, if agreed, in first three sessions.
  2. Missed sessions and late arrivals will not be compensated for by owed sessions.
  3. Package treatments are non-transferable, cannot be broken down into individual treatments, and cannot be substituted for other treatments.
  4. All treatment packages are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of first treatment.  Under unforeseen and exceptional circumstances, an extension can be granted upon written requested from the client in advance.

Others

  • We record our calls for training and monitoring purposes.
  • We are very polite and respectful to our clients and expect the same from our clients.  Abusive and threatening behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated and will result in refusal to provide treatments and refund deposits.
  • Pets and unattended children are not allowed in the clinic for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time due to regulatory changes and/or changes in industry practices.
